Delete Your Account
You can delete your CiTTyNex account directly from the app or by emailing us. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
⚠️ Warning: All your data — profile, posts, followers, and history — will
be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
📱 Option 1: Delete from the App

Open the CiTTyNex app on your phone.

Tap your Profile icon in the bottom navigation bar.

Go to Settings.

Tap "Delete Account" and confirm when prompted.
✉️ Option 2: Email Us
Send an email to support@infocitynest.org with subject "Account
Deletion Request", including your registered phone number or email address. We'll process
it within 7 business days and confirm by email.
🗂️ What gets deleted
- ✅ Name, email address, and phone number
- ✅ Profile photo and bio
- ✅ All posts and media you've shared
- ✅ Followers and following lists
- ✅ Likes, comments, and engagement history
- ✅ All authentication and login data
